WOW didn't know Live 9 beta was available thanks. I will get testing it with Win 8.

Thirdparty VSTs don't show up in Live 9beta the data and preset folders are there but not the launch VST files I have my VST folder opend in Live 9.

Nevermind just realised that VSTs only show in the Plugins menu in the browser. All is working now.
