Maschine - Drum Programming

Hi all I use NI's Maschine to make drum beats. I make drum beats in the Maschine sequencer (on 1 track) and then export and copy it into Abelton Live. My question is do I add effects such as EQ, Compression etc to the drum beats when I have imported it to a audio track in Abelton Live or has NI already done this to the drum kits? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
