Supaphaser 3 VST

Hi . . . anyone have a notion as to why Supaphaser 3 VST would not show up in the Ableton VST Plugins? The Mac AU version shows, but not the VST version ...

Is it 64 bit? Are you loading it into 32 bit and it is 64 bit? Are you on Live 8, 8 64 bit or 9 beta? This info would help perhaps get you an answer.
Not beta testing Live 9 at this time so I don't know how it handles 32 bit and/or mix of them + 64 bit VSTi plugins.
