Can you setup MAX so that......
I can change one param and have it load up saved presets for several VSTi?
I use several VSTi's at once for my basslines, been trying to sample them
to reduce CPU, but just don't like the sound. So I need some way of
quickly loading a bunch of patches with a single motion.

how do you do one? program change?
if you can figure out how to change presets in one vst, I can make it happen in as many as you'd like.
I just couldnt get the preset select menu to select via midi...

I dont think you can select through a list of presets in Live with a MIDI message...
This is the problem with most music software, they do not implement program change for patch changes, which makes plenty of sense to me...
Its a limitation in Live, theoretically you could do it in Max, but Presets arent implemented for some reason.

I can change factory "presets" via MIDI in Bidule....
However I can't load saved patch files....
I imagine a lookup table with 1 = this patch in this VST A, this patch in
this VST B, 2 = this patch in this VST A, this patch in this VST B, etc
would get me halfway there...... But..... It's all factory presets and not
saved patches.
