I bought the plug-in Massive, now how do I sync it with Ableton?

just open up live, it should read it. open massive from your plug in folder.

It is called RTFM for one thing, secondly most people won't click on a link that looks like that, a bunch of junk we can't tell where it's going to take us (and it could be spoofing another site) and get infected by malware. So get used to it.

Agreed, but I stand by my comment as well. I wasn't being a complete ass though I was tempted. I am generally civil to all in the forums and helpful as much as I can when I stop by the site. But asking for how to use it? It's called RTFM's (Both Live and Massive) and search the forums before saying we're all dicks. And has anyone clicked that link? Garbage URL is one sure-fire way for NO ONE to click on it unless they're hammered or don't care about infecting their system(s).

So maybe I was a dick, I do have one though btw!

No Mike, you weren't acting like a dick, the OP was... And I agree with RTFM. And I completely disagree with spam links. The dicks in the forum often act like dicks deliberately, to get a reaction or because they think they are funny... I am sure I've acted like a dick from time to time, we can all be guilty of it! It's the serial dicks that get boring really quickly, most annoying when you actually want to read something relevant in a thread to find you have to jump 2 - 3 pages back to get past people being dicks with each other!

what was spammy about the link?
the only thing i seen in the link was a picture of massive and the ableton forum.
from what i got out of his troll post, he was wanting to know how to get massive to run inside the forum.

i probably overreacted. if the OP wasn't spamming, i apologize.
to me, the picture and the link didn't make sense. the only thing that made sense about it, was that the OP wanted to draw people to the screenshot capture software download at the top of his picture. if you click the link, that is what happens.
sorry if that seemed dickly to try to call that out as spam.

Links like that I won't click on just because I am not quite sure where they are going to take me and I don't need any malware/virus on my machine. Been there, done that in the past and it sucks to lose a weeks worth of corresponence/work to that type of crap. If it was a legit link, I apologize, but still, RTFM for Live and Massive to learn how to use it or better yet look for the massive tutorial website. If you got a basic understanding of it those should help you out. I still need to RTFM on Massive before I go back to the tutorial site for that evolving tutorial I want to get working!
