That kind of sucks.
I'd try the phone though. Doesn't make much sense for them to deliberately fob you off.
Btw, a training session for the person with the best track who probably needs it the least? Strange prize.

Thanks, amigo! Just after this, they got back, so I took down my message. IT was a LONG TIME but alls well that ends well. All through life you need to assert yourself.
Yeah the competition was to make a track in 24 hours, so you could do a lot with a little. Still more to learn!
