Im not sure what to do! go for suite now? or wait. gonna cost me €209 for live 8 to suite 9. wondering if it would be cheaper when it comes out?!

Did the free upgrade promo expire already? It's still on the main webpage. Buy 8 now, get a free upgrade to 9. Problem solved!

For realz dying over here for 64bit out of beta....

O well bite the bullet got suite! cant wait for live 9 Yay!

Many major resellers like Guitar Center, Musician's Friend and Sweetwater are listing Push as for sale on Feb 11th. Since Push comes with Live 9 Intro, it makes sense that the rest of the versions will be available as well. Guitar Center is advertising "Just Arrived" available for pickup at store on Feb 11th.

Guitar Center says AVAILABLE 3/18/2013

Musician's friend says Expected to Ship 03-25-2013

So it's unlikely to be available until the end of March

Also just like all beta releases before actual release there are gonna be 100s of updates, that means they're gonna have to crack it that much. Talk about annoying.....
