SoftStep Controller - looking for someone to help in BERLIN

Hello,
I do have some trouble in setting up the SoftStep Controller with ableton, and I would like to have some advice by someone with experience.
Easy Editor is crashing, and I need some help for working with the Editor to create a set-up that works for my work.
Is there anyone in BERLIN who can give a lesson on it?
