Push in rewire mode

Hi, this is my first post.I am looking forward to getting Push when it is available. My DAW of choice is studio one, and I'm wondering about the integration of push and ableton intro in S1. Has anyone tried out Push in the rewire environment?
I see myself using Push as an improvisation and ideas tool, where I would probably use ableton intro's sounds initially, and record the midi data into S1. Or is it possible to use another DAW's sounds directly?
Look forward to anyone's opinions or information once they've tried this out.

Since this is your first post and some of the folk here may jump right at this I will break this down in simple terms:
I am looking forward to getting Push when it is available
^^^ If you realise that Push is yet to be released how do you think that anyone would have already had one, used it and tested it in rewire :?

I was under the impression that some people at ableton were testing it, and this is an ableton forum is it not? So one of those people may see or be directed to this post.
I'm sure the product isn't sitting lifeless on a shelf somewhere until the release date.

Ha...

You really are new to Ableton.

They don't hang around with the likes of us cretins on the forums. And something like Push will be only dropped in small doses to get people all talking about it, asking billions of the same questions, starting hundreds of threads and getting all excited about something that probably may or may not be that useful.

Apart from what you see on their main page, if the answers are not there they are only in speculation. I'd say forget it even is a real thing and focus on what is actually real THEN wait for everyone to jump on it when its released, find all the faults, then wait another 2 years while all the issues are fixed. If history really is repeating.

:D

From the urban dictionary:

Jaded: The end result of having a steady flow of negative experiences, disappointment, and unfulfillment fed into a person where they get to the point where their anger circuits just sort of burn out and they accept disillusionment.

Hey man, no disrespect. This is what Ableton (or any company) want. People to talk and be interested in the product to get word spreading. The problem is that for folks that like to drop in and out of forums like me and keep up with the new, help a few people out and generally socialise it feels like a time warp because it's like nothing ever changes.

When Bitwig was first announced it started so many threads that some days there was more threads on a SINGLE PAGE about the EXACT same things than there was ableton threads. Too many people just get too involved with what IS NOT available yet over what is right in front of them.

Jaded? Nah, just low low expectations for the human race. After all, it's now even getting too hard to do ANYTHING original. We just resort to copying what everyone else does (or direct from other sites) rather than coming up with it ourselves. Oh, and any new piece of gear is surely the answer

....that's funny because unless I'm hallucinating (& many else who have appeared to take part in the Q&A) there have been many questions about Push, that have been answered as best as they can be by Jesse on this thread here:

Perhaps starting there then would be a good idea.
