Hi all,

wondering whether to go for Max4Live.

One thing I haven't really been able to find an answer for:

What capabilities the Jitter component has to allow processing/playback of video within Live? Or have I completely misunderstood that part of it?

Cheers

Ian

You would be able to do everything you would in jitter + modulate things by the Live API.

as examples of what may be possible for you.

If you're thinking about getting max4live and live 9 when out (as I was)

Currently max4live €129 plus Live9 upgrade (from 8) €149 = €278

Live8 to Live suite 8 €239 and includes free upgrade to live9 suite which now includes m4l

So you save a bit of cash and get all the suite instruments.
