Hi folks,

I've got a live set with a couple of midi channels that each have a ton of midi clips, each with chain selector automation for the instrument on each channel. Let's call them Drums-1 and Keys-1.

This setup works quite well as long as those midi outputs aren't being routed anywhere other than their own channel.

Now, however, I'd like to use both Drums-1 and Keys-1 as just midi playback channels and route the midi to 2 other channels that have the instruments. The problem is that when I delete the instruments from the Drums-1 and Keys-1 channels, the chain selector info disappears from all my midi parts, meaning my patches no longer change automatically.

Is there no way to send Chain Selector info to other midi channels, or am I misunderstanding how this works?
