Problems with an SSL Nucleus - Ableton Live MCU protocol ?

I have a few problems with the Nucleus, and i suspect the Ableton Live MCU protocol to be kind of "beta"
- Metering for each track are wrong : too much lag, no real time modulation, ex : on a kick track, there is no modulation between each step, it takes long time to get down.
- LED calibration are wrong : ex, into live, if i put the panning of 2 tracks like this -10 +10, on the nucleus, LED are like this -12 + 9...
- On a multi drum track, i can't focus to share all parts in the nucleus mixer, so i can't use my Nucleus to mix into multi drum tracks. But it works in Propellerhead Reason, so i know it's not a problem with the Nucleus but with the Ableton Live profile.
Have you been into this ?
Will Ableton Live MCU protocol be upgraded in live 9 ?
Thanks a lot !
