How removing the note quantization for MIDI recording?

Hi!
Does any know how removing the note quantization for MIDI recording on the fly, without removing recording start quantization?
I mean, I would like the MIDI recording to start (and stop) following the global quantization but I do not want the midi note I record to be quantized automatically on the grid.
Any idea?
