Anybody els having problems i cant autorize it keeps saying timeout i cant save my work

Same here. Downloaded Suite and Max with no probs but can't connect to authorize.

Yeah i don't think their authorization servers can handle the traffic....patience i think is going to be the virtue of the day (unfortunately)

Anyone else having problems with Live Packs? I've downloaded all my packs, they show up in my packs folder within Ableton but there's nothing inside them and they can't be used?

Authorise using offline route. Worked for me.

Maybe the Abes can take the extra cash from the higher cost upgrades to buy some new servers and redesign the redesigned site.

I couldn't authorize right after a fresh install, but I selected authorize later, restarted Live and then tried again from the preferences and it worked fine.

Ableton stated on facebook that they are aware of the problems with the authorization and are on it to fix it.

I had problems a couple of hours ago then tried again about 30 mins ago and it was fine...

I spent all morning trying, finally went through about 30 mins ago

You have probably sorted it by now but you get the option to authorize online or offline. I selected offline, went into my account and punched in the hardware code Live gave me and then got a file from Ableton to download and drag & drop into Live. Only took a minute - after Live refusing to connect for the xth time I thought Id just try another route.

im wondering the same - well the offline authorization is still offline
hope they get this sorted soon.
