Yes.

Load the device, open it for editing (you will then hear it functioning if Live is playing), unfreeze it and save.
Et voila.
All Csound4live devices are working for me in Live9 with max6 on Windows.

Unless your using 64bit version of Live in which case no it wont work as csound~ hasnt been compiled for 64bit and apparently isnt a straiht forward port

No sound on Mac in 32 bit.
