Having trouble with the online shop.

Tried 3 different credit cards. All say that my financial institution declined the transaction. Called them, they did not block the charge.

Would use paypal, but it seems to not be an option?

You're making this difficult Ableton, I'm trying to give you my money and your shop won't take it. I'm going to be irate if I can't buy before the intro price period ends.

I have been trying to purchase Ableton Live 9 all day today and it keeps giving me:

The financial institution has declined the transaction. Please check the data you have entered.

My bank says they don't even see the transaction coming through and this is pissing me off because it is March 12 and it is the deadline. I live in San Antonio, TX, USA and its now 9:12 pm here and I still cannot get it to go through.

What is up Ableton? I have the money and have been trying to give it to you all day today and something is wrong on your side.

Anyone know anything about this?

Becausewhen upgraded my Suite 8 Box to the 9 one on March 10th 1st tru was the last fail ^

Haven't noticed that "disable cokies filtering / or in the other manner : enable every cookie to show up" ; at least doing the trick before restarting your browser or even OS, then retry purchasing

I managed to méke it @ 2nd try/solve ! on Windows 8 IE10, I saw Ableton recommends Chrome in their Help, but if somehow that huge zombie-network Google shit (hell, Googlee, what a disgu sting and shitty offering lucrative BUT "free" but lucrative but >>> no way.


BTW, cookies...

Perhaps your credit card does not allow overseas transactions.
