just received kontakt2, been playing with it for a while. the new GUI looks great, the new effects are cool and the sound is good. BUT:
it seems very buggy, i've had lots of crashes just playing with effects and modules. and another point is very annoying (and this one deserves to be is this forum): when i stop live's sequencer, all the notes that are playing get stuck and play until the sample's end. this never happens when i play notes with a keyboard, only when they come from the sequencer. it seems like K2 doesn't send note off messages when the sequencer is stopped.

any ideas on the topic?
i'm going to report it to NI as well...

no problem on my side with live4/kontakt2 except convulution module crash sometimes when loading impulse but i have this bug in stda situation too

no note on/off problem at all or other effect related.

i have another question: when i select a zone (click on a sample in the mapping editor), it kills the audio playback (all voices being played are stopped). do you have the same behaviour?

i think it must be linked to my other prob.

Kontakt 2.0.1 (with update) is a nightmare -- Crashes a lot with Live 4.1.2 on a 17" PB os x 10.3.9. Looks lie Ableton and Ni needs more work on this.

Playing with effects on samples or just loading banks for long plays crashes Live.

I have gone back to using Kontakt 1.5. Bummer....looks good but very buggy.
