Hi,

i am new to MaxForLive/Live9 Suite. Have Reaktor and Bidule though..
It's great. ..but there's a prob.
(I have a nice effect setup in guitar-rig, but the same setup in live with max-help would be..better.)

So..There is this Envelope in midi-effect-section of MaxForLive:
-I want to use it in an effect-rack on an audio-track.
-A macro then triggers the envelope...

Goal:
The Envelope-midi-effect turned into an "audio-effect". Same setup as midi-effect.
-Audio goes in/out uneffected
-the Env can be triggered by an (automation-)macro and be mapped to targets.


What i need is:
Someone, who can tell me how to do it...
Or someone who changes the patch...i would pay for it..no prob.

Guitar-Rig has an envelope. (It's great)
I made an equal thread in max for live section. Sry double post, but here are more peeps looking.

Next problem: The Guitar-Rig-Env has a "hold-option". (press a knob to trigger it-> after release of the knob...the env.-release kicks in.(That's a very great feature)
Then..it also has it's own preset window, easy to store and load alot env-setups..with clear names.

I have tried to fix the patch and looked into the MFL Device-Lib.
In the Lib is a draw-trigger with drawable 128 steps/or as line....very interesting/great but no hold-function.

Fazit: I go with Guitar-Rig as my hyper advanced Kaoss-XY-pad-software...With tons of effect setups...With on-the-fly insert and send effect behaviour + fast response XY-touch-pad + env-presets for main-FX-mix ..triggered by touch..with ADJUSTABLE ENVELOPE...for FX-att/release. + XY midi feedack with user-remote-script(blue hand)...saved as rack.

So, the problem is "on ice"...until the max-geniuses come up with a hold-function for envelopes.
