I cannot get Midi Yokes or Jack Audio to work on 64 bit Ableton 9 but they both seem to work on 32 bit. Any suggestions other than having both the 32 and 64 bit versions of 9 loaded on my system?

Could try this (assuming your running windows):

Ive not tried it in a 64bit environment yet, but it does support 64bit. I believe Yoke is 32 bit only.
There is a 64bit version of Jack Audio. Perhaps you might need to update it here:

Same deal here - Windows 7 x64 OS running Live 9 x64 and the x64 installation of Jack Audio. The server is recognized in Traktor but not in Live.
Thoughts from the Live gods?

You can install MIDI Yoke on 64 bit systems (can be difficult though),
but the ports will only show up in 32 bit software. It is an old software,
nothing you can do about it.
But good news is:
Loop MIDI is free, great and works with 32 and 64 bit software !
The MIDI ports are multi-client now.
You can create as many virtual MIDI cables as you want.
Under XP it does not suffer from the stupid limit of 10 MIDI devices max.
Unused cables are "sleeping" and do not eat CPU.
And what I like best: You can give the cables a name, so it is much easier
to handle even complex routings.
So in short: It's not only an alternative to MIDI Yoke, it's better.

i have had the same problem yesterday.
the solution is that u have to instal the 64bit version of jackaudio manually. this is mentioned in a text on jackaudio install page (the how to)
