Paid for Live more than a week ago, still no serial

What has been your delivery time, is this normal? The last time I heard from CS they told me it'd take three days max.

Thats crazy, I got my serials instantly by loggin in to my account. Not sure what happened with your transaction.

They may be having issues with the web server, I paid for Suite and received Standard...it was fixed automatically.

check 'Your Account' on the website.
they do not email them to you, if that's what you're expecting.

Thanks for the replies, I called customer service and I had Live 9 in my account a couple of minutes later, don't know what had happened there.
