Help finding a drum sound

Hey everyone,
I've been going through my library, and I'm having some difficulty reproducing the drum in 'Steiner's Theme'. (

I looked in percussion, drum, toms, and even snares, all with the use of a drum compressor, but nothing sounded similar.
Does anyone know how I could go about reproducing this sound?
Thanks.
Ezro
(Using Ableton Live Lite with default instruments.)

Thank you so much!
It certainly helps when you know what instruments are actually called, hahaha.

I just got home and checked my Ableton instruments, and I do not have a timpani/kettle drum.
How would I go about getting one, and adding it to my Ableton instrument library?

I see that there's a pack on Ableton for 130$ which contains a timpani drum, but that's a lot of money.
Are there any free packs I can use which have this instrument?

Use Google.
Type in 'timpani sample' (or 'kettledrum sample').

I you have Suite I believe there is a Timpani in there. Or if you have Kontakt from NI Komplete (6/7/8) else as has been suggested search the web *or* look for an orchestral soundfont as one may contain one and you should be able to load that into Sampler if I recall? Or use a SFZ Player.
