Found following inconsistency :

Load loop
Play loop
Stop "Master" start button
The Green arrow of the loop stays "on"
Now try to stop/uncheck the loaded clip by clicking on new slot or "stop all clips" - it won't work.
Only way to uncheck is to click the "back to arrangement" button ...

Bug or on purpose?

played a scene with 4 loops from track 1 to track 4. swap to next scene with loops on 2, 3 and 4, but loop on track 1 still played on.
had to stop the clip individually. not nice

Can't reproduce this here (as I understood : 4 trax in scene 1 - trigger scene 1 - [3 trax in scene 2, blank track 1 ] -< trigger scene 2) ... sounds like the slot button (ctrl-E) was removed on track1 from scene 2 ...
