Macro Mapping Question

I have two chains in a macro, A and B. I'm trying to map speaker on/off to a single macro control for both chains. When the macro control is left, chain A is on and B is off, and when it is right, chain A is off and B is on. So far I haven't been able to do that. Is there a better way?

How about a chain selector?

Watch 2. Wet/Dry Effects Rack (07:03) for example (he gets to the chain selector about two thirds in).

this should do it. simple:
map chain speakers to macro 1
click Map Mode,
adjust min/max values as seen in screenshot.
as you turn macro right, at center it cuts chain a off and turns chain b on..
