Sampler: Macro Controls for Modulation Amount

So I'm building these instrument racks and I am getting great sounds from using the modulations section however I can't assign any of the macro controls to the LFO or Envelope amounts. I really really would like to use macro controls to be mapped to the LFO amount A, LFO amount B for LFO 1 and 2. I also want the macro controls to be mapped to the Aux Envelope Amount A and B. Driving me NUTS!
