Live 9 Studio +/- Komplete 7

I don't have have Push yet, but I'm wondering what you all think...
If I have the full package (Live 9 Studio), do you think that Komplete 7 is overkill?
I've heard that the Live sounds are better integrated with Push. At the same time, I've heard that Komplete has better sounds overall.
I'm trying to save a little money and thinking of selling Komplete, but not entirely sure yet.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

By "sounds" do you just plan on using loops etc, or do you make your own sounds/music with Synths etc?

It depends on time. I usually start with stock sounds (close to what I'd like), then modify and add effects. I like creating my own sounds, but time is usually the deciding factor.
I'm actually coming from Reason, where I did a bit more adjusting of sounds. I was pretty impressed by the strings of Kontakt 4, but I'm trying weigh both sound quality and integration with Live.
I use a MacBook Air, so space is limited. (I have 256gb, plus a 64gb memory card.) That's also a concern.

Yeah, sorry about that. I was tired and meant Suite (not Studio). Thanks for catching that.
By "variation is the name of the game," do you mean combining sounds so that they sound original? (And not so every recording sounds like it was recorded in Live?)

Complete overkill here but I first bought Maschine in the sales then got Live 8 Suite in the pre 9 sales before picking up a Komplete crossgrade 2nd hand last week for £125. So far too much stuff for me really but good to have.
In hindsight, if I could do it all again I would keep Maschine, get Komplete but I think I would only have purchased Live standard. There is heaps of content in Suite - some of it pretty good but, to me at least, there is a lot of weak sounding guff in there that Komplete's options do much better (particularly Kontakt). I would miss Operator and Max though and I suppose Suite wasn't that much more expensive at the time (another £100 or something) but I just dont use the content enough outside of audio/midi effects.

U like to tweak existing presets mostly, right? So, I'd ask, how u like the sounds in 9 suite? Then decide from there. U can also rewire reason in as well if u like those sounds.

Komplete to augment Live 9 Suite stuff, and yes it can be overkill but you can also mangle something from Abaynth or Kontakt in Live so it doesn't sound like it came from Komplete. And why K7? Could you afford K8 instead? Should be cheap enough now that K9 is out. I am passing on 9 as I just got K8 not too long ago at a nice price for upgrade ($114.50, same as K7 upgrade). I also scooped Damage, Evolve, Evolved Mutations 1 & 2 @ 50% off pricing last year so couldn't pass up on those as well.
Kx = lots of presets, lots to learn, lots you can do with them. Absynth is a beast as is Kontakt with its huge library, plus Battery 3 and its associated kits. Too bad K9 downgraded IMHO the kits for Battery 4 (less content by more than a few GB).
