I only seem to be able to access free mode? I keep feeling like I'm missing somehting obvious to do with banks

Should be a tiny Hz button that you can press on the device
it should change a knob to fractions like 1/16th

Its there
Go to the autofilter on the push, look at the bottom of the screen and there are 3 tab selections, hit FltrExt, then the LFO Sync is the field for switching between free and sync
