push and launchpad - trigger LP clips changes push focus

hello,
when i start-trigger a clip on launchpad, push changes focus to the respective track.
i want to play midi notes in keyboard mode on push, and start/stop clips with launchpad at the same time.
how can i tell push to stop changing track focus?
EDIT: uh sorry, nevermind. "Preferences - select on launch:off" did the trick. stupid me.....
