Problem with MIDI sync.

Hey.
So i have three MIDI controllers.
APC40
FCB1010
Oxygen49
I've been able to use them all together no problem, until now.
the FCB1010 is connected via MIDI into my audio interface.
The APC 40 must be connected to my macbook pro USB (as apposed to my powered USB hub)
The oxygen 49 has been (successfully) connected USB through the hub.
The problem is that now the Oxygen 49 will not show up in MIDI sync, unless I connect it directly to the macbook pro. It will no longer work with the hub, and neither will my APC40. It worked yesterday.
I have three USB ports on the macbook. One for my interface, one for the APC40, and one for the hub. I need to use the hub, because I use an external monitor which requires a USB wireless mouse. I don't want my laptop opened while I use it.
My entire setup is compromised when I can't use all three devices at once.
Does anybody have any idea as to why this happened or how I can fix it? I have the newest drivers for the Oxygen49 as well.
