A simple trick to get 16 macros on vsts

Load the vst and unfold it.
Hit Configure on the vst device.
Now you can move the vst parameters arround.
If there are none, just open the vst gui and touch some parameters..
(I usually delete all device parameters exept the 16. Keeps it tidy)
Set the parameters you want for macro 9 to 16 to be the first 8.
(Macro numbers follow a vertical path from top left side, in 2 rows of 4)
Then rack the vst (Group), hit Map mode, and macro assign the remaining 8 parameters.
You can now "blue hand" select both the vst and the rack macros. When selecting the vst,
you now get the first 8 parameters to your hardware control surface. I recomend keeping
the vst device unfold, so you can see the extra macros.
