Why is 64 bit suite 9 so much slower and cpu heavy then 32 bit suite 8?

I'm windows 7 64 bit
2.67gz i5 with 6 gig ram

I Have to render things to audio much sooner then I had to before...

Is there a reason for this?

I was expecting to have a much nicer time with 64 bit to use extra ram
But its actually worse...

Anybody know If I'm doing something wrong?

If you don't really need 64bit, then don't install.

in my oppinion its the opposite. i can use way more instances of vst's in 9 then in 8.

as an advice: the RAM is only an advance when u use many samples. the usage of VST's is only processor related (except u use samplers...).
