Seems like aftertouch triggers almost identically with velocity.

Try a patch like brassinski on operator. The aftertouch triggers with just a soft touch. Is there any place to set the sensitivity of it?

As far as I know, not on Push. You can adjust the amount of aftertouch in the lower right hand section of operator though (time, tone, volume.) Click anywhere in that box and it'll display setting for velocity, aftertouch, mod wheel, etc...
