"Virtual Push"? - 16 weeks?

Well it's been real interesting taking in feedback from the few Push owners out there and whereas it seems to be a long way from perfect it does seem the device has a serious future as a potent music production tool - when I can actually get hold of one!

We really think 16 weeks for more recent orders (like mine - pre-paid in full about 2 weeks ago) is realistic?

I gather that Akai may have had to concentrate on fulfilling another major brands hardware sub-contract which is considerably bigger than a back order for countless frustrated would-be Push owners!
Apart from the poor LED colouration (with a workround provided by a seriously helpful enthusiast here - thank you) and one or two other niggles it sounds to be a solid usable bit of kit but one that is waiting for some enhanced software to really deliver the ultimate control surface (or instrument if you prefer). Seems a bit odd it is coming from a 3rd party ( PXT_Live - great job) but hey that's cool too. Future assured.

But still 16 weeks? Surely we got a little nearer, - Ableton?

Some people in the Seattle Live users group yesterday said their orders changed from 16 weeks expected delivery to less than one week. Didn't happen to everyone, but worth checking your account if you have one pre-ordered.
