new 9.0.3 final installers?

on the 19th april you guys released ableton 9.0.3 and then took the installers down and promised to release new installer next week.
the "next week" is almost over and no new final installers are released - are they comin soon?

not being angry or something - just wondering ...

and then i would like to know what went wrong with the final builds?

Huh... That's odd. When I saw that 9.0.3 was out, I figured I'd try enabling automatic updates for once. First, Live updated to 9.0.2, and then on the next launch, to 9.0.3. I didn't actually notice this until now, but 9.0.3 is not loading my default set; it instead loads the standard 1 audio, 1 MIDI set.

By the way; taoyoyo mentions (at least part of) the reason why 9.0.3 was pulled in this thread.

first i have auto update off - i always keep old version and install new version in separate folders - to go back when having problems with plugins or with the new live version.

i just unpacked the 9.0.3 x86 msi file and applied my old saved auz-file from the day as they took it down. opened an old project i did with 9.0.1 and it was all loading and playback was working and also rendering. must be system specific.

Tech specs:
Win7 SP1 Enterprise x64
6GB RAM Value RAM
AMD Phenom II X4 945 (Deneb)
Gigabyte GA-77TA-UD3
M-Audio Audiophile 192 PCi
Nvidia GeForce GTX 550Ti (3GB VRAM)
and then it works also on my notebook a HP Pavilion dv-7 1122-eg(win7 Ultimate x86)

Hi,

The new beta is in the pipeline, my estimate is today or tomorrow if all goes well.
And to clarify the reason 9.0.3 was taken offline - sets would load. But in cases of having several (+15) instances of the same plugin, some plugin would appear activated but not make any sound unless they were disabled / re-enabled.
As mentioned elsewhere, loading a wrong default set would be another issue, and not the reason why this was taken offline.

EDIT: saved a project file with 22 fabfilter ones in .02 and opened it in .03 and its working fine - seems like im one of the guys where its working.
the right default (set)project is also loaded - for both bit versions.

anyway im looking forward for the final installer for 9.0.3 or will it be 9.0.4?

9.0.4 and it is already up. Thanks for looking into this issue. As said, not everybody was affected by this, but really annoying and confusing for those who were.

Definitely wasn't working for me. My Live had auto-updated to 9.0.3, and I did not know about the bugs. I wasted a couple days mixing and re-mixing a track and wondering why all my tracks kept playing dry until I individually toggled all the plugins.

I didn't have 15 or more instances of any one plugin, but I am wondering whether multiple Waves products count as a single plugin in Live's eyes, since they're hosted out of that weird Waves VST shell deal. I did have more than 15 Waves plugins in that project, just not all the same one.

Anyway, got the 9.0.4 beta last night and everything worked out great.
