Is this possible at all?

I've tried a few different things, but I cannot seem to find a way that it can be done.

As long as you're in the device section and the drum pad is selected a bunch of parameters should show up automatically. Volume is always available on mine on the far right encoder. Make sure the pad and not the kit are selected using the selection pads under the LCD.
