I have been finishing up a couple of sets and was wondering how you can make sets that are as loud as published tracks. I know there are maximizers and such but i have yet to find a way to make my sets as loud as say if I played something on windows media player, to make my sets as those i have to turn my speakers way up.
please help
Thanks

This can only be accomplished if you run the master out into a flanger stomp box and then back into your computer.

It shouldn’t have to be mentioned, but many producers forget to first stomp the box on before recording the signal. It’s crucial that you do that. Leave the knobs at the optimum settings.

That should cover it.

Fill all of it with white noise.

Then limiter at +11.

Then Saturator +2.

Tell the sound guy in advance that he can fuck off.

Bring cotton balls incase of ear bleeds.
