APC40 having glitchy knobs?

Whats up folks. So my APC40's 16 knobs seem to randomly flicker and offset their assigned mappings from time to time. It's just a little flicker, but given their mappings, its enough to turn certain effects on and off, so its more than just irritating. Any ideas what's going on?

Dust, Dirt and/or even worse a layer of Nicotin inside the Knobs. Had the same issue, it went away when i pulled up the Caps knobs, put a vacuum hoover over the knobs and turned them randomly in every direction.

I'm not sure why but when I use my Kore2 I notice that, on my APC40, the knobs flicker now and again. I wonder if there is a clinic I can go to! I don't like it when my knob flickers!

The APC40 works as a control_surface on midi channels 1-9, if you have any other controllers operating on channels 1-9 it might be changing parameters and reflecting those changes on your APC40.

Data Music, looks like you got it. I took of the plastic caps on my knobs and stuck the end of a vacuum hose over each one, twirling them a bit. no problems now. thanks for everyone's input!
