For those interested

It seems that the MAVEN controller must include a build in sound card if it is connected to mixer directly.

I didn't know he was using the V6. Interesting.

I would add:

Promoter to supply:
1 ounce kind bud, preferably white widow
1 model, preferably Victorias Secret

Yeah from the photos it has speaker style (lockable) audio in/out on the
back..... Seems the audio card is embeded in the Maven.... Sorta acts as a
rack, to save space.... I'd also guess this means the MIDI from the Maven
is internally routed to the soundcard inside the box. Would be fairly quick
to setup while using the space quite well...

Interesting that the mixer is built into the table..... I'm currently designing
a live rack setup..... With foldout stabalisers and table tops, keyboard
stands, an angled rack mount LCD monitor, small 2nd LCD for synth
patches, storage space, wheels (whole rack is like a stair walker), floating
shock mounted racks for computers and monitors...... So I have one box
which is table, storage, rack, everything.... one box is the whole setup.

Seems Sasha has put together a pretty good method of doing this, it's
quick and easy, while flexible for when the space in the booth is at a
premium. So although he has more separate bits of gear to lug, they fit
together pretty well.

He's that guy who invented Live and does stuff no one else has or ever
will..... A true ground breaker.... Kinda on par with Leonardo da Vinci,
Some say he's from the future due to his amazing insight.... He's also got
a MIDI controller that makes toast and can be used to shink people to a
size small enough to go on a journey into the human blood stream..... I've
even heard that he secretly runs the US government via a dial on his
MIDIBox controller.

Or...... A DJ with a great press agent.....

Sasha takes a shit and his press agent says "he has developed something
never seen before, it's brown and gooey, but that's not all.... it stinks! This
has taken weeks of concentrated development by this ground breaker in
gastro organisation, Sasha ignored the advice of a highly skilled team of
heat, combination and chew management technicians to develop his own
unique methods of moving his jaw up and down. The world has never seen
anything like this mysterious brown stain, developed by the master Sasha.
Many of the worlds best can't believe what they are seeing. It's a new dawn
for humanity and Sasha is leading the way."

funny my girlfriend(who works as a technology teacher) is making me a box/Case for using with my uc17 and uc 33. Directly under the uc17 my audiophile firewire and my external harddrive sit hidden. It should be cool, the uc33 will sit angled up, but will fold down for transport purposes. It will just tidy things up for gigs. I did'nt know that she was actually making me a MAVEN, she is so cool. not as cool as SASHA though

I much prefer Sasha Aaron.. at least she's a musician!

And I thought the Ableton team developed Live, not some DJ. :?:

nah Sasha developed it, after getting back from the first flight to mars.
He used advanced programming and electronics techniques he learnt from
NASA.
