My Push keeps freezing/crashing. It's easy enough to fix with a quick power on/off of the unit but still annoying.

It hasn't always done this. Any ideas?

Midi remote script conflict?
Bug which is solved in 9.0.5 (which just came out)?

If not, try to reproduce the freezing (there's not enough information to help you yet).

Id definitely try updating to 9.0.5. I used to get an unresponsive push where only a few buttons would work, but one of the beta's resolved that for me, so it should be in the latest release now

I've been having this issue too. Push will completely lock up. The lights are still on and whatever the display was on still shows up but it doesnt' do anything at all. None of the buttons or encoders are responsive at all. It used to occur occasionally but lately it's happening every 1-3 minutes. I have the original push. Seems to happen on any session, even a brand new one. I have a mid 2015 macbook pro with the latest OS and all updates and have Live 9.6.2 installed. Any ideas or troubleshooting steps I should take? As you could imagine it's quite annoying.

Update: One interesting thing to note is that if I click on "About Live" to get the version info, the display on push changes to "Live is showing a dialog that needs your attention". When I close the about live info it goes back to what it was on but still frozen. Seems that Push is still communicating with Live.

Tried a different USB cable? Are you using the PSU that came with Push, or just powering it via USB?

I'd contact support. I have had this problem occasionally and I think it's likely to be a conflict of sorts. Commonly a restart makes it go away.

Have you made sure you use the proper settings for Push in Live? Do you use any third party scripts like PXT Live?

Had this a lot lately I'm on the latest Beta.

Is there a fix?

k, gonna jump on this to confirm same issues with live 9 + push2, might be related to the beta version? i understand it updates your push, not sure, but it happens with live 9.6.2 and beta 9.7 b5, freezes quite often

Have you checked that Push isn't accidentally listed twice in the control surfaces section of the preferences?

yup. usually its the only controller i have running
