I regularly use the effect "pitch drop" and ask me whether is there is a utility that created the reverse process ... go from "drop pitch / down" to "pitch up".

I'm assuming you mean pitch up like a record player, where the sound plays faster, yeah?
You can do it with those effects too - just edit them to reverse the envelope. I've done it with just an envelope and a delay line.
...the caveat is that you'll have to jump back in time a bit when you activate it... or get hold of a time machine.

The pitch drop is used in real time and not with a curve drawn.
It will be hard for me to do a reverse curve if it does not exist ... especially as I use it on the master track for the effect applies to the entire sound composition.
