Drop Centercode as your beta community

Hey guys and Ableton community – what's everyone's thoughts on using a better system than Centercode for beta feedback.
In my experience it's confusing, and appears to be a tool better suited for internal management. I get the desire, I run a software company myself, but if you're actually going to elicit quality feedback from your beta community, I imagine you'll need a much friendlier tool. I'm sure this was a debate internally, so one humble users opinion.
