Disabling Push from affecting screen focus

Hi all,
We are preparing a live set and the plan is to run everything as a live project on a PowerBook. However: Me and another keyboardist are connected to this machine, He is on a keyboard and I am on Push. Is it possible to disable Push from chainging what is in focus on the screen? My friend is supposed to have the overall control of the actual session wiev, starting and stopping clips, turning some effects etc. The situation now is that I confuse him when I switch to my tracks since he then looses control. Also, when he clicks anywhere to change focus back my Push also looses focus and I get disconnected from the channel I am playing.
If this is not possible I guess I'll have to install a 30 day trial of Live 9 on a 2nd computer and run my stuff separately - However, that increases the need of line boxes onstage ... and we tend to like the idea of having all the music mixed in our own live computer and then sent off to the front of house crew
