got a launchkey 49 about a month ago. managed to get it hooked up and working with everything functioning including controls and drum pads. occasionally the pads and controls and faders would not be recognized but unplugging the launchkey and plugging back in would solve that.
about two weeks ago i lost all recognition of the pads, controls & faders. nothing i do can change this.
the keyboard works find.
the midi setup in live is showing fine.

any help would be much appreciated. thanks. mick

Which, BTW, I had Novation able to recreate that issue via email support and forward it to Ableton.

Try to give both parties a shout, took about 2 business weeks to get my point across them both.

thanks for your response. i checked out the other thread and it seems like the same issue though with launchpad which i would think is the same driver. i will see what i can find out. any other info in the future on it is appreciated. mick
