I just started a new session and dragged in a drum rack from Live 8. It loads fine and works fine BUT when I am hitting the drum pads, the blue selection square does not move to the pad I am hitting. If I SHIFT and press it will but last night any pad I was hitting was selected automatically. Can you enable/disable the auto selection or is this a bug?

Additionally to this, when you have a pattern that spills over more than 1 push "page" how can you enable/disable the display auto following when it plays (if at all)

Seems to be a bit of a bug...

If I specifically drag in anything from the CLIP folder into Live 9 as a NEW track, the selection does not follow the pad presses. But, if I drag it onto an existing track that was first loaded with a Live9 kit then it seems to work.
