Push in rewire or solution to midi jitter

I am trying to get Reaper and Ableton working together in sync, but so far I face only failure.
While rewiring Ableton in to Reaper, Push is not responding. And when I try to go the Rearoute way + loopBe30. I get a terrible MIDI jitter.
Dos anyone have any tips on this?
