Might have solved the random audio dropout problem!!!
I came across this by complete accident and i really hopes this helps everyone else who has had this problem. There have been times where i am using Live and randomly the audio will begin to drop out and glitch, even when the cpu meter is showing low percentages, between 9-20%. Last night i was showing a project and the same thing happened again. I was explaining to him that i didn't understand why Live was doing this when the cpu was so low. As i said that, i was waving my mouse cursor overtop of the percentage bar of the cpu meter and accidentally clicked it. This disabled the audio, then i clicked it again to see what would happen. The audio came back on and there was no glitching! It isn't a permanent fix, but now anytime that i audio dropouts where the project is completely unplayable, i just disable and re-enable the audio from that meter and i'm good to go! Hope this helps!
