Live 9 + Traktor Pro 2 -Sync issues

Hi,
I have started to explore the world of Ableton Live 9 and Traktor Pro 2 combined. I have linked the two softwares with Traktors ability to send a midi clock. Ableton receives the clock and I have adjusted the delay so if gets in perfect sync. I have routed all tracks from Trakor to separate tracks in ableton, via Soundflower.
Now, when I have played for like 30 minutes the sync isn't perfect at all. And because Ableton uses Traktors clock as master tempo I cannot nudge the tempo (which should solve the whole issue)...
Of course I can click the "sync" button in Traktor and, after some major jumps in the ableton loops playing, it gets in sync again.
Is there any other way to solve this?
It shouldn't be a latency issue in soundflower as it has nothing to do with the sync. The problem still stands if I don't play anything in ableton except the metronome.
Thanks for thoughts and ideas.
