Ableton projects backup and Google Drive

--------have to climb out of the blackhole that is u-He Zebra for a second-----------
Anyone else using Google Drive or any other cloud service? First 15 GB is free, and seeing as my important projects only take up around 8GB, I figured NOT using it is a bit mad.
I use both a desktop and a laptop for Live. I've set up my projects so that they reside inside of Google Drive's folder on my PC and laptop. Now, whenever I work on a track on one computer, as I save it it automatically gets synced to the cloud, and therefore my laptop also gets synced. The other more important feature is that my data is safe, constantly. If my home burns down or gets robbed, I still have my Ableton projects online.
I know you get home hub setups with wireless hard drives, synced to all PCs and cloud service etc, but I can't be bothered to buy and set up such a system. Unless someone can tell me why I should be doing that, which would be most welcome.
Either way, I'm real happy I don't have to copy files to and fro anymore when I feel like working with the laptop elsewhere in the home. I also get the feeling my desktop HDD is about to fail any day, as it makes soft clanky noises upon boot up, so I'm happy in the fact that my files are secure.
