So I've got 12 tracks with loads of tunes in.

On each track I've got an effect rack with macros assigned. I can control these using the 8 Device Controls on the APC 40.

However I want to toggle some of the macros, preferably with the 4 buttons, i.e. CLIP/TRACK, DEVICE ON/OFF, <-, ->

When I use the MIDI button in Live to map a button, it only maps to whatever track was selected at the time, i.e. Track 4, but I want to to map to "SELECTED TRACK" or something.

Would be useful if you could edit the path of the mappings and change it to SELECTED TRACK, but I'm sure there's a work around somewhere.

Any help would be very much appreciated

To be fair, I'd be quite happy to part with 20 notes to do what I need to do, but I'd rather learn how to do it so I can retain the control and increase the power.

No worries, it took me two years to write Isotonik... Happy to help out if you get stuck.... Max4Live is essential!
