Kinect/Ableton OSC 2013 (Music/Performance Art)

Can anybody share any light on how to setup an Xbox Kinect sensor to control Ableton via OSC on Windows OS?

There seems to be so much outdated software/drivers out there, and info from 2011. Nothing too current. Times have changed, and I just can't work out where I'm going wrong.

I'm prepared to do anything - Buy a new sensor (There only appears to be the KinectWindows/KinectXbox/Kinect 2, SoftKinetic, and Creatives Senz3D available - since Apples takeover of Primesense), buy a Mac (Although I'd prefer not too), learn how to program and develop my own open source drivers/software (Although I'm not a programmer, and don't really wish to waste extensive amounts of time just to get this particular hardware/software running) etc. etc.

I have been working on this for quite sometime and can't seem to find a solution. I've read so many tutorials/youtubes/websites, etc. - and now I'm so lost that it's getting really frustrating.
ie. Windows for Kinect, Primesense, OpenNI, NITE, Delicode, NI Mate, Synapse, KinectA, M4L, etc. etc.
-Different versions, support issues, etc.

Running:
-Windows 8 x64
-Xbox360 Kinect
-Ableton 9.1

Any help would be VERY appreciated.
