Maybe something you are working on or a track you finished. Share it with the class.

Ubik - Good tracks, I like downtempo tracks that evolve a lot like your's do, nice unexpected twists. Having a lot of guitar helps a lot too :) The Happy Endings track was my favorite of the two, I dig the vocal bits at the end.

Aisling - Funky, groovy, I really dig this. Drums sound amazing, great production all around, and I like the synth solo. Wish the vocals had a warmer sounding reverb on them, but that's just me :)

Slate - Wow, crazy video man, wish I was better at video stuff like that. Nice down and dirty remix, noise textures really gave it a unique sound, especially with the vocals tucked in behind.

EddieX - Dreamy, floating track. Is this all the MS2000? Edit this down to 5-6 minutes and you'd have a really sweet ambient/downtempo track. Fun little ending section too!

Thanks for sharing everyone!

Thank you for taking a listen. More importantly, thank you for the feedback! I agree the vocals could use a touch more magic. I hope to get another wind at some point, but at the moment I am so burn out on the track that I need to leave it be for the time being. :)

Best thing to do then is take a break like you say, it'll still be there when you're ready. :)

thanks TAREKITH, just checked out your track, as usual pretty awesome...all on ipad??!! are you rocking animoog and i maschine into LIVE or something?
thanks for the feedback, yeah (aside from the drums and bass) its all ms2000. I love that thing...it sounds like it was created in a dust storm on saturn or something. its been a challenge syncing it up with LIVE'S time clock though. no usb on the ms2000 and my soundcard doesn't have any midi capabilities. i was trying to route everything through my axiom (which i have been using to play the ms2000(rack version) problem solved with the midiman 2x2 midi interface. its working just fine.
i agree on the editing....i think that is going to be my goal this year, to write some under 5 min long songs, that don't sound like i am triggering loops. still plugging away.

Recorded in Auria on an iPad Air, drums are a combination of Beatmaker2 and Alchemy Mobile, the few synth sounds in this track are from Alchemy or Nave. Most of the instrumental sounds are actually my Taylor 814ce acoustic guitar processed with a Boss TeraEcho pedal, or the effects and time-stretching in Auria. But other than the guitar, everything else was strictly on the iPad, even the mastering.
